Job summary

Erias Ventures LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to analyze requirements, lead design and development, and provide technical leadership across systems integration and testing. The role involves ensuring technical integrity and coordinating with government stakeholders and senior program personnel.

The candidate will develop system architecture and documentation, support feasibility assessments, and guide project planning through SE management plans and test plans, with limited telework.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5 years of additional SE experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM and SDLC is required.
• Ability to guide system engineering efforts and lead analyses across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and high level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology; guide development and implementation planning.
• Engage with government personnel and senior executives on SE considerations and issues.
