Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a System Engineer to collaborate with product owners, program managers, hardware, networking, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality, service-focused hardware capabilities and support long-term system sustainment.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph within 7 years, no sponsorship for clearance, and twenty years of SE experience with a relevant degree. This is a challenging, growth-oriented position within a technically strong team.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance within 7 years (required).
• No sponsorship or nomination for government clearance under this position.
• Twenty (20) years experience as a System Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline; 5 years additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, program managers, hardware, networking and storage teams, system administrators, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality, service-focused hardware capabilities.
• Create, maintain, and update clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation for knowledge transfer and long-term sustainment.
