Job summary

SteelGate LLC in Columbia, MD, is hiring a Systems Engineer (Full-Time, Hybrid) to lead training delivery for the Joint Cyber Threat Hunt Kit program. The role requires directing hands-on NET and advanced trainer courses for Cyber Protection Team personnel and managing training logistics through the fielded lifecycle.

The candidate will provide technical direction to junior trainers, ensure equipment readiness, and integrate lessons learned to improve maintenance and delivery procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Twenty years of federal program/contract experience is required.
• CSEP/DAWIA SPRDE3 or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NET and advanced train-the-trainer courses to CPT personnel.
• Lead as senior technical trainer for JCHK training delivery.
• Direct end-to-end management of JCHK kit training lifecycle.
