Job summary

You will partner with the Chief of Staff, coordinate governance, reporting and cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver concise executive briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience applying systems engineering principles.
• Ability to obtain DOE Q-level security clearance.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with dashboards and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Model interactions between system components and ensure integration.
• Document and track performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop mitigation plans for risks and dependencies.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and leadership communications.
• Lead governance and strategic planning efforts.
• Maintain tools for tracking initiatives and metrics (ServiceNow/Power BI).
