Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the Greater Seattle Area seeks a Systems Engineer III to support the New Glenn Payload Accommodations program. You will develop, allocate, manage, and verify requirements, interfaces and risk analyses using DOORS Next Gen and other tools.

The role involves leading reviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining safety and architecture documentation to ensure a safe, reliable spaceflight experience. Relocation benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace engineering or related field.
• Experience with requirements writing and verification activities.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out systems engineering tasks per Blue Origin standards, including requirements development and verification.
• Negotiate interfaces and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead gated reviews and support the New Glenn program at element level.
• Maintain system safety documentation (FHA, ASA, FTA, FMECAs).
