Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to join our prototype solution team in Sterling, VA. The role involves supporting agile development of space-to-ground mission software with full lifecycle SE&I expertise, translating user needs into software features, and delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SE&I, TS/SCI with poly, and will thrive in a self-driven environment working 100% on-site to support mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 100% on-site work in Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of robust software applications with full Systems Engineering and Integration expertise.
• Collaborate with development teams to define, design, and implement features.
• Participate in agile ceremonies throughout the software lifecycle.
• Support the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, test, and deployment.
