Blue Origin is seeking a systems engineer for the New Glenn Upper Stage and Payload Accommodations Program. In this role, you will conduct trade studies, risk management, and system safety analysis to ensure safe human spaceflight. You will develop operational constraints, author safety documentation, and collaborate with test and launch teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Fluid, Thermal, or Propulsion.
• Experience in analysis, design, testing of launch operations.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Writing experience with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Vehicle and Ground System Project Leads.
• Build detailed CONOPS for operations.
• Author requirements and manage traceability.
• Negotiate interfaces with stakeholders.
• Lead gated reviews and manage safety documentation.
