Job summary

Arcfield seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support Enterprise Resiliency Indications and Warning (I&W) systems in a SETA capacity for major protection-related acquisitions and resiliency baselines. You will collaborate with government customers and internal teams to align requirements, CONOPs, and architecture products for end-to-end integration.

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with large acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes.
• Demonstrated technical leadership integrated engineering teams.
• Understanding of the System Engineering “V” process and how Agile processes influence traditional acquisition.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise I&W systems in a SETA capacity for major protection-related acquisitions and resiliency baselines.
• Create and assess requirements, CONOPs, architecture products, and system schedules for end-to-end integration and closure.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to achieve system end-to-end closure of protection I&W programs.
• Interface with government customers, directorates, and system engineering groups for system-of-systems integration.
• Support strategic planning for future capability acquisition and insertion into the enterprise baseline.
