Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Enterprise Resiliency systems in a SETA capacity for major defensive-related acquisitions. The role involves technical modeling, CONOPS, architecture products, schedules, and risk assessment to close out baselines across the Enterprise.

The candidate will collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders, apply digital engineering processes, and contribute to strategic planning for future capability insertions.

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Technical experience working with space-based sensors and systems.
• Familiarity with space/ground/communication systems and sensor vulnerabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with large acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to lead integrated engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end closure of Enterprise Resiliency Defense baselines in a SETA capacity.
• Model space requirements, CONOPS, architecture products, schedules, and risks.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to drive resolution plans.
• Support strategic planning for future capability acquisitions and insertion into baseline using digital engineering tools.
