Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Enterprise Resiliency systems in a SETA capacity for major space defense acquisitions. The role focuses on end-to-end closure of baselines, architecture products, and risk management using digital engineering across mission domains.

The candidate will collaborate with government and contractor teams, lead engineering integration activities, and develop strategic guidance for future capability insertion into baselines.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• 8–10 years with BS/BA (STEM) or 6–8 years with MS/MA or 3–5 years with a PhD.
• Experience with space-based sensors and space/ground systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical modeling support for space protection baselines.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders for end-to-end system closure.
• Support digital engineering processes and integration across domains.
• Develop briefings for senior and government customers.
