Job summary

Arcfield seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support Enterprise Resiliency Indications and Warning (I&W) systems in a SETA capacity for major protection-related acquisitions and resiliency baselines. You will craft requirements, CONOPs, architecture products, schedules, and risk assessments to enable end-to-end integration and closure of the Space Protection baseline within the Enterprise.

Qualifications

Must hold TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
8–10 years with BS or 6–8 years with MS or 3–5 years with a PhD in a STEM field.
Experience with space-based sensors and systems.
Experience with large acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end system integration and closure of baseline requirements for Space Protection activities.
Lead/system readiness events and ensure conformance with approved processes for Integration and Closure (I&C).
Interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups for System of Systems integration.
Support Enterprise Resiliency efforts and strategic planning for future capability insertion and capability mix.
