Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex payloads and technologies.
• Analyze stakeholder needs to establish system requirements with traceability across the lifecycle.
• Conduct reviews for validation to ensure requirements are verifiable.
• Identify and control interactions across system boundaries to enable system capability.
• Define a system architecture balancing stakeholder requirements and interfaces.
• Create system representations and use models to aid technical understanding and decision-making.
