Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (see above).
• 10–15 years of engineering experience, senior level; or 5–10 years for senior role.
• Experience in complex semiconductor capital equipment, automation and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, requirements, and product specifications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, and manufacturing.
• Drive system integration, verification, validation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct risk assessments, root cause investigations, and reliability improvements.
• Support development from concept through commercialization and transfer.
