Qualifications

• Must have an active DoD SCI security clearance at time of application.
• Completed STEM degree with relevant systems engineering experience.
• 14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's (STEM).
• 12 years with a Master's (STEM).
• 10 years with a Ph.D. (STEM).
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed, diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ground system software deployment, integration and testing.
• Familiarity with SW verification & validation (V&V), including manual and automated tests.
• Familiarity with ICDs and testing processes.
• Strong briefing skills for management, customers, and external orgs.
• Proficient time management and prioritization aligned to milestones.
• Experience with Agile processes, Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.
