Job summary

Job description

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior level Systems Engineer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements and develop Test Procedures / Plans for a variety of system tests.
• Document and present findings to technical developer staff and act as liaison with the customer test community to convey test findings from the user community to the technical development team.
• Provide real-time documentation to ensure a valid test is performed to meet requirement specifications.
• Perform requirements traceability to ensure all aspects defined requirements are adequately tested.
• Create the Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and write detailed procedures traced directly to system requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through laboratory runs, field trials, or formal gates like Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).

Required:

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of professional technical experience.
• Experience developing testing strategies and executing system operations or test.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Desired:

• Active Secret level security clearance.
• Five or more years of experience testing software intensive systems.
• Experience and knowledge of testing practices throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.

Compensation Range:$109k - $135k
