Job summary

HART Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior Systems Engineer to support DoD projects. The role requires mission focus, organization, and comfort in a fast-paced team environment.

You will develop test plans, document findings, and lead cross-functional teams through lab and field activities. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering or a related field, 10 years of professional experience, and US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline.
• 10 years of professional technical experience.
• Experience developing testing strategies and executing system operations or tests.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements and develop test procedures/plans for diverse system tests.
• Document findings and liaise with customer test community and technical team.
• Provide real-time documentation to ensure valid tests meet specifications.
• Perform requirements traceability to ensure testing coverage.
• Create TEMP and write procedures traced to system requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through labs, field trials, or gates (TRRs).
