Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on IT experience troubleshooting Tiers 1-3.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016 and newer).
• Solid networking knowledge, including VLANs and VPNs.
• Proven project planning and execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues across all levels.
• Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintain communication with clients on support issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement solutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support primarily in Woodstock.
