Job summary

Parasol Alliance is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Tier 3 support and lead system design for servers, virtualization, and email environments. The role involves problem solving, client server management, and contributing to project implementation tasks.

Qualifications

• At least five years of systems administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• At least four years of experience with systems design, configuration and management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Exchange and Windows OS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• The role requires self-motivation and a proactive approach.
• Cell phone/internet reimbursement and paid time off are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for all client tickets.
• Design system architectures for servers, virtualization, and email environments.
• Perform in-depth problem solving for servers and systems.
• Oversee client server management and act as backup to Engineering Manager as needed.
• Contribute to project implementation tasks as per client roadmaps.
• Resolve tickets in line with the client SLA and document steps and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
