Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is seeking an Experienced Systems Engineer - Product Owner to join the GVHMS team. You will develop requirements, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable aircraft health systems across F/A-18, E/A-18, F-15, T7 and MQ-25 platforms.

You will lead roadmaps, drive lifecycle activities, and ensure successful integration of GVHMS components while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leading or mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design).
• 3+ years building stakeholder and customer relationships.
• 3+ years leading or managing projects and/or teams.
• Experience with Agile Development and MBSE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans.
• Develop, document, and verify requirements.
• Develop project schedules and track performance.
• Organize work items for the software team.
• Coordinate integration of GVHMS components to meet customer requirements.
• Regularly coordinate with the customer and document plans and status.
• Analyze process compliance and drive improvements.
