Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Support Integrator to lead cross-functional teams responsible for integrating all product support elements across the platform's lifecycle. You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution of logistics, sustainment, and technical publications to deliver a cohesive, supportable solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data across logistics engineering, support analysis, provisioning and field services.
• Experience on commercial or military aircraft programs.
• Experience in military systems engineering processes and logistics.
• Experience leading engineering or IT teams across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team for integrating all product support elements across the lifecycle.
• Provide program management oversight for risk, issues, opportunities, schedule, budget and resources.
• Incorporate logistics requirements into system design, verification, and sustainment planning.
• Support IPTs and technical reviews throughout development lifecycle.
• Interface with government customers, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
• Develop and maintain deliverables like logistics requirements, supportability analyses, sustainment metrics.
• Assist in transition from development to production and fielding with a smooth logistics handoff.
• Identify risks and mitigations related to sustainment and maintenance; operational availability.
• Assist in depot, organizational and intermediate maintenance concepts as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD, DoD logistics requirements and program-specific processes.
