Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join one of our St. Louis, MO-based teams (Berkeley, Hazelwood, Saint Charles). Roles span architecture, integration, verification, and sustainment for advanced defense systems.

Responsibilities include leading SE efforts, translating needs into performance requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams. Onsite-only; travel may be required; U.S. citizenship and clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4 or more years' related engineering experience.
• Prior Systems Engineering experience (design, requirements, analysis, verification, validation)

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering efforts on development, production, or sustainment programs.
• Translate customer and operational needs into system performance requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification criteria.
• Perform analyses in affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, vulnerability, security, certification, and product assurance.
• Run design reviews and technical assessments to improve system performance and reliability.
• Maintain and improve requirements management, risk tracking, tools, and TRL readiness.
• Lead the program in MBSE and other modern SE methodologies to meet customer expectations.
• Mentor and advise engineers across the program in SE tools and techniques.
