Qualifications

8+ years of systems engineering for electromechanical, automation, robotics, or medical device products.
Experience with DOORS or Jama Connect.
Strong system architecture, requirements development, verification, validation and lifecycle management knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering for advanced pharmacy automation products from concept development through post-market support.
Establish system-level requirements, architecture frameworks, and technical specifications while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and system evaluations to support product reliability and patient safety.
Partner with software, hardware, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and support continuous improvement across development processes.
