Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency in Test & Evaluation or Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience evaluating technologies for Program Office portfolios.
• Experience developing/managing technical contracts.
• Knowledge of Defense Acquisition Framework and cost analysis.
• Ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document surveillance of design, development, and production efforts for government counterparts.
• Use performance indicators identified in applicable engineering surveillance processes.
• Provide expert-level inputs for leadership status briefings.
• Review engineering change proposals, waivers and deviations, and nonconforming materials.
• Outline assigned programs, projects, problems, and recommended resolutions.
• Analyze performance-indicator trends.
• Assist government counterparts with managing Agency-level performance indicators.
• Recommend corrective actions and establish lessons learned.
• Influence process improvements.
