Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (computer, electrical, mechanical, or systems).
• TS/SCI eligibility required and must be maintained.
• DAWIA Practitioner certification; Level II-equivalent; Level III desired.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience evaluating technologies for Program Office portfolios; developing/managing technical contracts and coordinating issues.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance of design, development, and production efforts with performance indicators.
• Provide expert-level input on engineering processes and agency reporting requirements.
• Review engineering change proposals, waivers, deviations, and nonconforming materials.
• Provide inputs for leadership status briefings on programs, problems, and resolutions.
• Analyze trends in performance indicators to guide corrective actions and process improvements.
