Lockheed Martin invites applications for a technical engineering role at Fort Bragg, NC. The engineer will advise on installation, adaptation, and configuration of government and customer products, and will calibrate and service a wide range of equipment used by Special Operations forces.

Requirements include a BS in Mechanical Engineering (or 5+ years in related field) and the ability to obtain/retain a SECRET clearance. Lifting 50lbs is required; TS/SCI and related credentials are beneficial.

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years' experience in related field.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a SECRET clearance.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems.
• Maintains, services, repairs, and calibrates over 3,000 pieces of equipment for U.S. Army Special Operations.
• Supports the USSOCOM SOF GLSS contract and related logistics and sustainment services.
