Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT experience in Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms and Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Intune.
Responsibilities
- Mentor a team of Junior and Systems Engineers.
- Provide IT Support services to users onsite.
- Maintain documentation and comply with organizational rules.
Skills
End User Support / Desktop Support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in an MSP environment
Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN
Significant experience with Microsoft 365 stack
Experience with cybersecurity solutions
