RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Massachusetts to help develop radar system requirements, concepts of operations, and algorithms within the Radar Systems Department of the SE&TC organization. You will perform integration and analysis, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver reliable, mission-ready systems.

The role supports on-site work in Tewksbury or Marlborough, with up to 20% travel to RTX facilities and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems hardware, systems/software requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++ and/or other programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Develop radar processing algorithm.
• Develop Radar systems/software requirements.
• Be responsible for statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
• Be responsible for analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.

• Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.

The Radar Systems Department within the SE&TC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to help in the development of requirements, concepts of operations and algorithms, and the execution of integration and analysis activities. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
