You will design, implement, and support OS installations, manage security controls, and coordinate external connections through the firewall.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years with Windows environments, MCP/MCSE–level certifications and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or related field; preferred.
• MCP certification required; MCSE a plus.
• Good understanding of IT service management and change control.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong grasp of system and network security fundamentals.
• 7+ years with Windows Server/workstations and Office.
• Deep knowledge of PC hardware and Cisco networking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all bank system resources and related assets.
• Plan, design, and manage systems connected to the internal network.
• Coordinate third‑party connections via the external firewall.
• Install and support operating systems on all devices.
• Manage system security procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide level-2/level-3 end-user support for OS, apps, and systems.
