Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Systems Engineer for a direct hire to oversee and control Bank system resources including servers, workstations, laptops, and network devices. Plan, design, and manage all systems connected to the Bank’s internal network while coordinating third-party connections through the external firewall.

Key responsibilities include OS installation, security procedures, problem resolution, backups, and support at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with Windows Server and workstation.
• Microsoft certifications (MCP/MCSE) preferred.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and change control experience.
• Familiar with Cisco routing and switching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and manage security/infrastructure features for LAN/WAN.
• Administer remote access, domain servers, security firewalls, and related devices.
• Perform server maintenance, backups, and patch management.
• Provide second- and third-level end-user support.
• Coordinate third-party connections and vendor relations.
