Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer III with deep Navy Combat Systems and Electronic Warfare expertise. You will lead engineering efforts from requirements analysis to full lifecycle execution, guiding design decisions and supporting high-visibility test and training events.

The role requires advanced systems engineering skills, hands-on Navy training systems experience, and the ability to develop test plans and imperatives aligned with mission-critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional systems engineering experience in Combat Systems or Electronic Warfare.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS
• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance at minimum

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering efforts from requirements analysis through full lifecycle execution.
• Provide SME for Combat Systems/Electronic Warfare to develop test plans and reports.
• Evaluate architectures and guide design decisions for Navy training systems.
• Support high-visibility test and training events.
