Qualifications

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor or higher degree in electrical engineering, engineering, systems engineering, mathematics or physical science with 15 years of engineering and systems engineering experience in Navy/Joint warfighting systems.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in design, development, and system integration, plus Test & Evaluation, power and cooling solutions, C2 architectures, and signal generation related to the environment.
7 years of professional experience in research, development, test and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering processes for weapon systems requirements, concept development, and system certification.
Develop requirements, architecture, interfaces, and functional/s physical/behavioral system definitions.
Use model-based systems engineering tools (MBSE) such as Magic Draw/Cameo, DOORS, and related modeling tools.
Design, develop, integrate, test, and certify EW Navy/Marine Corps systems.
Modeling and simulation of threats, EW systems, and engagement methodologies.
Apply Agile methodologies to system development and integration.
