Job summary

Qualifications

• 14+ years in systems engineering or 12+ with CS/CE/Cloud Computing degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Lead requirements, architecture, interfaces, and planning activities.
• Experience developing and interpreting ICDs and cross‑system interfaces.
• Experience with the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with software, AI/ML, data, MBSE, verification and integration teams.
• Experience in ground‑system or mission‑system environments.

Responsibilities

• Refine mission‑level specifications with the system integrator and engineering teams.
• Develop requirements, architectures, use cases, technical analyses, interface definitions, and roadmaps.
• Define component‑level requirements derived from operational needs and priorities.
• Lead or support generation and implementation of ICDs.
• Create requirement‑verification artifacts for mission‑planning and component specs.
• Work with data, AI/ML, software, and systems‑engineering teams to integrate data sources and model inputs/outputs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, integration challenges, and capability gaps.
• Ensure SE efforts align with MBSE practices and program objectives.
• Support engineering activities related to ground systems and Agile workflows.
