Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer – Mission Analyst to join a team delivering best-in-class Raytheon products for the warfighter through modeling, simulation, and analysis.

You will develop solutions across sensors, communications, command and control, and more, ensuring mission effectiveness in complex threat environments. Onsite role in McKinney, TX with security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government clearance is required before start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in model-based solutions for mission trade studies using simulations.
• Develop and integrate variable-fidelity computer models capturing system and system-of-systems effects.
• Model system and mission kill chains using Government, Commercial, or Raytheon tools.
• Execute mission system simulations and analyze results.
• Create metrics and products communicating events leading to actions.
• Engage in technical reviews with customers and team experts.
