You will ensure system-level performance for electromechanical and robotic systems, translating customer needs into rigorous requirements and supporting beta launches.

This role requires coordinating across design, hardware, and software teams in a hybrid, travel-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent with six years of progressive related work experience.
• Six years of experience with experimental design, data analysis, and DFSS methodologies.
• Four years of experience with systems engineering activities such as requirements management, integration testing, verification, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system-level performance for electromechanical/robotic systems through cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software and other groups.
• Translate voice of customer into system and product requirements; support beta launches at early-adopter sites.
• Lead planning and execution of technical projects across a portfolio of new product development and sustaining products.
• Coach best practices in technical documentation and DFSS implementation across the team.
