• Experience in medical device development and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering leadership across multiple product development programs and strategic initiatives.
• Lead system-level engineering activities through the product lifecycle, including requirements and architecture development.
• Translate customer and regulatory needs into robust system requirements and solutions.
• Define and drive system architecture strategies balancing customer needs, feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk management activities including hazard analysis and residual risk evaluation.
• Mentor and develop other Systems Engineers and drive best practices across the organization.
