Job summary

The Boeing Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico seeks a Systems Engineer (Lead or Senior) to join the SEIT team on a DoD program. You will work across requirements, design, integration, and verification through the product life cycle.

Required is an active U.S. Top Secret clearance and a BS in Engineering or related field, with 9+ years of systems integration experience and prior engineering leadership. Preferred MBSE tools like CAMEO and SysML experience.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance required.
• BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• 9+ years of systems integration, verification/validation, risk/issue management and trade studies.
• Engineering leadership experience (lead or manager).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain requirements artifacts and interfaces.
• Lead risks/issues/opportunities tracking and TRAs related to requirements decisions.
• Conduct requirements trade studies to optimize performance, cost, and feasibility.
• Own and improve requirements management processes and tools (traceability, change control, quality).
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with government customers.
