The Boeing Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a Systems Engineer at Lead or Senior level (Level 4 or Level 5) to support a DoD program. You will work within SEIT, driving requirements, design, integration, and verification across the full product life cycle.

Candidates should have a TS clearance, a relevant STEM degree, and 9+ years of systems engineering experience, with MBSE tools like CAMEO preferred. Relocation is possible for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) or currently active within past 24 months.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• 9+ years in systems integration, verification/validation, ICDs, risk management, and trade studies.
• Experience in engineering leadership roles (lead or manager).
• Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain requirements artifacts to support system and subsystem capabilities.
• Lead program-level risks/issues/opportunities tracking and TRAs related to requirements decisions.
• Run and support requirements trade studies to optimize mission performance, cost/schedule, and feasibility.
• Own and improve requirements management: planning, organizing, traceability, change control and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing products and interacting with government customers.
