Job summary

J T in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 5) to provide enterprise-level systems engineering leadership across all lifecycle stages. You will ensure technical integrity and guide MBSE activities using Cameo and SysML, while interfacing with government stakeholders and senior executives.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and experience with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas, DoDAF/FEAF architectures, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• At least 13–19 years of systems engineering experience depending on degree.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 15288 framework areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE activities, develop system models and architecture artifacts.
• Develop architectures aligned with DoDAF or FEAF frameworks.
• Oversee requirements, decomposition, design, verification, and transition to operations.
• Manage project workflows, risks, baselines, interfaces, and metrics.
• Interface with government stakeholders, executives, and program leadership.
