Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Science; 3 years with a Master's; 1 year with a PhD.
• Proficiency in Requirements Engineering and MBSE.
• Experience with Cameo or MagicDraw.
• Ability to understand system interface documentation, interconnect diagrams, and military standards.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage system requirements through the lifecycle.
• Apply MBSE to develop architectures and models.
• Perform functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface definition, and system-level trade studies.
• Translate customer and program requirements into system specifications and technical solutions.
• Support systems integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, test, and specialty engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture products, interface definitions, and engineering artifacts.
• Participate in technical reviews and communicate engineering solutions to program leadership and customers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other systems engineers.
