Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management, decomposition, and maturity.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines and scripting.
• Experience with full software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug and maintenance.
• Experience with DO-178C, AFMAN 91-119, DO-330 safety-critical software.
• Familiarity with structured process-driven development, revision control, defect tracking, and release practices.
• Experience with Git products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and guide users in forming requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system architecture/design artifacts.
• Plan system engineering management, test, and integration activities.
• Interact with Product Team on Systems Engineering considerations.
• Ensure technical integrity of all work and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
