• Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and FRR preparation.
• Establish and manage configuration control boards.
• Maintain released technical baselines.
• Control drawings, specifications, and ICDs.
• Coordinate engineering change proposals.
• Support risk and opportunity management.
