Job summary

deciBel Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will analyze requirements and high‑level architectures to develop system specifications and lead design and development activities.

You will provide technical leadership for integration, develop architecture and design documentation, and prepare SE management and test plans. A Bachelor’s in a technical field and 15+ years of experience, along with an active Secret clearance, are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
15 years of experience required.
Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
Experience with MBSE tools (CAMEO, DOORS) and Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Develop system architecture/design documentation and prepare system engineering management and integration/test plans.
Interact with Product Team on SE considerations and ensure technical integrity of all SE deliverables.
