Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Systems Engineer (Level 2) or Principal Systems Engineer (Level 3) for the Sentinel Program in Roy, UT. The role supports requirement analysis, architecture development, and MBSE activities across large defense programs.

Qualifications include a STEM degree, DoD Secret clearance, and MBSE tool experience. Relocation assistance and a robust benefits package are offered with a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with required experience for level 2 or higher.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher at application time.
• SAP approval ability within company-determined timeframe.
• Experience with MBSE or MBSE tools (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDRAW).
• Experience with C2, NC3, or related defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and decompose system requirements and architecture.
• Collaborate with IPTs to create engineering artifacts.
• Define interfaces, verification, validation, and traceability.
• Model systems architecture using Cameo or equivalent tools.
• Contribute to MBSE content and tool integration.
• Proactively identify improvements and communicate with leadership.
