Job summary

Mondrian Alpha seeks engineers to design and build core distributed systems in production, owning architecture through deployment and operation. You will work on performance-sensitive challenges where microseconds and correctness matter, solving hard concurrency and data problems at scale.

Qualifications

4+ years of strong software engineering experience.
Deep expertise in at least one systems language (C++, Rust, Java, Go, Python, C#, or similar).
Ability to reason about performance, concurrency, and correctness in production systems.
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Evidence of being among the strongest engineers on a strong team.

Responsibilities

Design and build core systems in production, owning them from architecture through deployment and operation.
