Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Core OMS team building an electronic trading platform that powers order routing across global markets. As an early member of the team, you'll help shape the architecture and technical direction of a critical platform responsible for routing client orders to exchanges around the world.

You'll solve challenging distributed systems problems involving performance, scalability, reliability, and connectivity while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills for complex systems.
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency networking or trading systems is a plus.
• Self-starter who collaborates with traders, engineers, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the distributed systems powering electronic order routing.
• Develop resilient, high-performance connectivity to clients, brokers, exchanges, and trading systems.
• Collaborate across Susquehanna's offices to support global expansion and new markets.
• Investigate production issues and improve platform reliability and performance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
• Improve scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
