Sierra Nevada Corp is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements engineering, system integration, MBSE, and V&V activities. You will guide architecture development, risk management, and lifecycle oversight while mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a strong track record in multi-disciplinary teams, DoD/space/aerospace context, and a U.S. security clearance. Exceptional communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Proven leadership experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with lab test equipment: signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
