Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit expert-level skills in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Oversee and lead complex system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management activities.
• Manage major project deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leverage deep knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
