Erias Ventures is seeking a Systems Engineer in Maryland to analyze user requirements, develop system specifications, and lead design and development activities. The role requires guiding users in formulating requirements and advising on alternative approaches to feasible solutions.

A Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; 7 years of experience and a relevant degree are expected to ensure successful integration of requirements, design, and technology across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/computer science field from an accredited college or university.
• 7 years of systems engineer experience in medium or larger programs or contracts.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop system specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and guide users in forming requirements.
• Ensure integration of requirements, design, and technology across projects.
