Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a systems engineer in medium-scale or larger programs.
• Five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop system specifications.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Lead design and development activities for successful implementation.

Skills

Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools

Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline

Tools

Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody or similar SysML tools

INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
