As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) team, you will support complex military communications systems on the E-4 platform and collaborate with geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams. You will apply systems engineering knowledge across the full development lifecycle, including customer needs analysis, requirements development and traceability, trade studies, system architecture and design, modeling, integration, verification, validation, and qualification. You will develop and validate system models, design and document hardware and software solutions, support technical discussions, and identify and resolve technical issues. This position is onsite in Richardson, TX and requires US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
You will support the integration, verification and validation for large complex systems. You will mentor team members in the development of functional, interface, and performance specifications for hardware and software implementations. You will identify and document architecturally significant requirements and technical risk areas. You will apply SysML concepts to system modeling across the full engineering lifecycle. You will lead technical proposal preparation and serve as a subject matter expert in non-advocate, internal, and customer reviews. You will estimate, track, manage, and report technical, cost, schedule, and risk performance for assigned scope of work, which may span multiple projects. You will apply significant domain knowledge and expertise related to products, systems, and applicable regulatory requirements across business units. You will make decisions that may have a major impact on cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will recommend new approaches, tools, and techniques that drive continuous improvement in technical development processes. You will mentor product development teams in the use of appropriate processes and tools throughout product development to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. You will travel domestically (10% of time).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
